BICC Plc has allowed its UKP20m-a-year BISS Ltd – formerly BICC Information Systems & Services networking systems integration business in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire go in a management buyout for UKP7.6m: the financing was arranged by 3i Plc, which invested nearly UKP2m; BICC is retaining a significant interest in the new company.
