Five days into the planned 13-day mission of the Space Shuttle Columbia, the National Aeronautics & Space Administration reports a serious hitch – according to the Daily Telegraph City Diary, the snag is only a simple low-tech paper jam on the Shuttle’s facsimile machine – but it seems that, in space, no-one can fix the fax machine, either.
