It must have realised by now that it is fighting a depressingly uphill battle trying to bring Belgian pirates to book, but the Business Software Alliance is ploughing on and has filed legal actions against four more companies in the Benelux region for suspected software copyright infringement: the four are chemical corporation VEL NV of Leuven, ISS Servisystem SA of Brussels, Daiwa Europe NV, Amsterdam and Scansped BV in Tilburg; VEL settled and agreed to pay damages.
