Ask Computer Systems Inc warns that it expects a slightly larger-than-expected loss in its fiscal first quarter of about $0.25 a share, due to higher expenses associated with its new Manman for Unix software product: Ask also indicated the top end of analysts’ estimates – from $0.90 a share to $1.25 a share for fiscal 1993 to June, is too high.
