Business Serve announces acquisitions

Business Serve Plc, a UK-based internet service provider, has made its first acquisitions since floating on the London stock exchange in February.

It is paying 400,000 pounds ($720,000) for Domain Names GB.com Ltd, which sells domain names and hosting packages and has a customer base of over 18,000. It is also paying 60,000 pounds ($108,000) for RealTouch Internet Ltd, a small ISP that offers managed servers and hosting.
