Groupe Bull SA and software and services companies Steria SA and Sligos SA, are on the verge of outlining a plan for an organisation called B2S, which will handle application maintenance for Bull’s GCOS customers. The three chief executives signed a memorandum of understanding on October 22 to create the company, which will be 51% owned by Bull with the other two holding 24.5% each. A Bull spokesman says B2S will serve GCOS customers in France initially, but it may expand its activities to other software environments and European countries.
