French industry minister Gerard Longuet said the timetable for the privatisation of Compagnie des Machines Bull SA had not yet been finalised, and would likely take 18 months or so: it’s a question of setting a calendar – a company that makes money sells easily, a company that doesn’t make much sells badly; we don’t want to make Bull’s statutes last forever, Longuet said in an interview on French television.
