BULL, SESA FORM THEIR VALUE ADDED NETWORK VENTURE

Proving itself a popular partner, the Sesa SA subsidiary of Cap Gemini Sogeti SA yesterday announced its planned value-added services joint venture company with Bull SA, only a week after it announced a joint venture with IBM France on large-scale systems integration (CI No 871). The new Societe d’Exploitation de Reseaux et Services, Seres, will be 51% Sesa, 49% Bull, and capitalised at $40m and will go for electronic data interchange business. IBM teamed with Sema-Metra, Paribas, Credit du Nord and Credit Agricole for value-added networks.
