Compagnie des Machines Bull SA yesterday announced formation of a holding company to handle its European facilities management business, and created a facilities management joint venture for the French market with computer services group Cisi SA. The new holding company will provide services for computers made by Bull, for other proprietary systems and open systems and will take over the running of Bull’s own internal computer systems. The new joint venture, called Athesa SA, is owned equally by Bull and Cisi, will come under the new holding company, and will open for business on January 1 next year, the partners added.
