Bull HN Information Systems Inc confirmed that it has shut part of its plant in Brighton, Massachusetts, adding that it has cut its full time workforce to about 250, about half of the total in June. The cutbacks reflect a decision to switch from making circuit boards for its own operations to assembling them for other suppliers.
