Investor Warren Buffett and AT&T Co declined to comment on gossip that Buffett has been a huge buyer of AT&T shares: USA Today columnist Dan Dorfman said that according to rumours circulating on Wall Street, Buffett’s company, Berkshire Hathaway has been a monster buyer of the phone company’s shares; Dorfman previously reported that Buffett had been a big buyer of NCR Corp shares before AT&T acquired NCR.
