BTG BUYS NEW YORK FIRM MICROS-TO-MAINFRAMES

BTG Inc, Fairfax, Virginia-based systems integrator, is buying Micros-to-Mainframes Inc for $25m in cash and stock. MTM is a New York-based commercial network integration firm with 120 employees in three states and recorded $58m in revenues last year. The acquisition is the second in four months for BTG, which bought Nations Inc in June for $10m (CI No 3,168).
