British Telecommunications Plc’s BT Teleconsult has won a contract to build and operate a high quality, reliable and low cost telephone network in Nigeria over the next five years. The contract is for a $1m fixed line system and was awarded by NITTI Co Ltd, which holds Nigeria’s second national telecommunications operating license.
