British Telecommunications Plc said yesterday it is targeting managers earning more than UKP50,000 a year as part of its voluntary redundancy programme seeking to cut about 15,000 jobs next financial year; it said it had about 170 managers at director level, and intends to cut this back to between 30 and 35.
