Under the 10-year deal, the Paris, France-based IT services firm will transfer 250 employees, based largely in the UK and Spain, over to BT, which will take over the responsibility for supporting Capgemini’s network services clients.
Capgemini said that the deal would enable it to focus on more high-value and strategic work, such as its core consulting and outsourcing activities.
