British Telecommunications Plc has taken a 12% stake in Telehouse International Corporation of Europe Ltd, a company formed to offer a custom-built centre for computing and telecommunications services in London’s Docklands: the company was established a year ago with initial capital of UKP15m and the biggest two shareholders are both Japanese – Kokusai Denshin Denwa Co with 33% and a Nomura Securities Co subsidiary, which has a 23% shareholding.
