British Telecommunications Plc yesterday announced it was entering the telecommunications business in Hungary and planned to expand its presence as the sector was gradually deregulated. It appointed GTS Hungary, a subsidiary of US company Global TeleSystems Group Inc, as its distributor of Concert services in the country.
