British Telecommunications Plc and Mercury Communications Ltd have fallen out over the interconnect agreement yet again, according to The Financial Times: this time, the paper says British Telecom has complained that the Cable & Wireless Plc subsidiary is paying too little for the privilege of having calls routed over its network, while Mercury complains that it is paying too much; the Office of Telecommunications is expected to hear Telecom’s complaint shortly.
