Brooktrout Technology Inc of Needham, Massachusetts, and National Semiconductor Corp have announced a technology partnership agreement for the development of a universal speech and facsimile port board: the final product will provide core technology for developers of integrated speech and facsimile system and an early prototype was on display at Comdex in Las Vegas.
