E-commerce software house BroadVision Inc has announced the acquisition of Swiss application integration firm Fidutec Information Technology SA. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The acquisition follows 18 months of partnership between the two companies which has seen most of the Fidutec staff already trained on the BroadVision platform and working with BroadVision customers. BroadVision says the acquisition boosts its capabilities in the area of banking and financial services and underscores its commitment to the growth of its European business.
