IBM stated that the software will cleanse and transform a variety of information from data feeds, subscriber lists, online forms, call center data and third party data sources for analysis and multi-channel marketing programs, typically handling more than 10 million records.

IBM Information Server will provide end-to-end management of the data within Broadsystem’s subscription services to help further support subscription growth. The software conducts the real-time exchange of web data and data feeds enabling Broadsystem to have accurate, up-to-the-minute information about each customer held on their managed databases.

Caroline Worboys, CEO of Broadsystem, said: The intelligent use of data underpins everything we do. Our use of IBM Information Server makes it possible for us to provide our clients greater insight into each and every one of their customers. The software will enable our clients to target and acquire new customers and develop more profitable relationships with them.
