British Telecommunications Plc has consolidated some activities of International Aeradio Ltd with other operations of its own, and the rump that is for sale is doing about UKP50m a year, the Financial Times reports: the paper expects facilities management group Serco Plc to buy the business for UKP10m to UKP15m.
