BRITISH OLIVETTI EXPANDS HAS THE NEW M250

British Olivetti has expanded its 80286 MS-DOS micro range with the addition of the M250, which is based on an 8MHz Intel 80286 processor: the M250 can support up to three magnetic peripherals, including 1.44Mb 3.5 floppies, 20Mb or 40Mb hard disk drives and a 40Mb streaming tape, and has Olivetti’s VGA-compatible graphics controller; systems available include twin floppy configurations, 20Mb and 40Mb configurations, each with a single floppy drive, or for local area network installations, a diskless workstation, all compatible with XT and AT-bus expansion cards.
