British Aerospace Plc has plunged into the Personal Communications Network bidding fray via its Space Systems subsidiary, and has gathered around it the Millicom (UK) Ltd subsidiary of Millicom Inc, New York; Pacific Telesis International of San Francisco, and Matra Communication SA of Paris.
