Brite Voice Systems Inc, Wichita, Kansas-based telephone systems integrator says it expects to post a loss of between $0.02 and $0.04 on revenues of about $29m, against net income of $0.24 per share a year ago. The situation at Brite Voice is worse than that, though, as the projected results are exclusive of relocation and restructuring charges of approximately $7m, pre-tax. First Call was expecting earnings of $0.09. The company blames continued weakness in telecommunications consulting revenues and lower than anticipated equipment sales.
