Wichita, Kansas-based Brite Voice Systems Inc reports that it has acquired Dallas-based Touch-Talk Inc, which specialises in creating custom software and application development tools, for 150,000 new shares, valuing that target at an indicated $2.4m. Founded in 1988, Touch-Talk has been a development partner of Brite Voice’s Perception Technology division for several years. The acquisition will enable Brite to expand its computer-integrated telephony and interactive voice response operations for thetelecommunications, financial, government and cellular markets. Touch-Talk’s turnover last year came to approximately $2m.
