AIT enhanced existing functionality to enable Britannic Money’s customers to manage their Current Account Mortgages online with a range of helpful tools including an online calculator to assist with paying bills and purchasing goods and services. Customers can also gain access to savings and investment products via Britannic Money Investment Services, an online IFA offering. In addition, the site offers weather, travel and DIY information, a discount club and a shopping channel with selected partners, including Improveline, Waterstones and Firebox.

AIT worked alongside Britannic Money to define the vision and strategy of the site and then developed the navigational tools, structure and interface. Its Content Management tool has been used to create many of the web pages, enabling Britannic Money to maintain and update content as required. Alongside the customer site, AIT also rebranded the existing b2b website for Britannic Money www.britannicmoney.net – which provides extranet functionality for intermediaries.
