Larkspur, California-based Bristol Group Inc has come up with what it calls an affordable database and project planner for Sparcs: Power Base is priced at $400 for a single licence; $1,000 for a server licence, $1,500 for six-packs; the software will make phone calls, send facsimile and electronic mail, post or express mail, address envelopes and post reminders and runs with either Open Look or Motif.
