BRISTOL ANTITRUST HEARING BEGINS

By CBR Staff Writer

The antitrust suit against Microsoft Corp filed by Bristol Technology began on Wednesday, and is scheduled to continue until Monday. Bristol is seeking a preliminary injunction against Microsoft that would enable it to have renewed access to Windows NT source code. Bristol claims Microsoft has denied it access to the code, which it needs to carry on its business of producing utilities for running Windows applications to run on top of Unix.
