Brikat Group Plc has found a buyer for its last remaining Business Centre in the shape of the company’s management: the unit Directstep Ltd, which took over Brikat’s South Coast Business Machines, and Brikat gets UKP2m for the operations, plus shedding of UKP132,000 debt, but will have to take an extraordinary loss on the disposal of UKP100,000.
