BricsNet NV, the Gent, Belgium supplier of design software and online services to the construction industry, has signed an agreement with Tokyo-based Nihon Unisys Ltd that gives it an opportunity to built revenue in the $600bn Japanese building industry market. It plans to offer a Japanese version of its ProjectCenter extranet, designed as an e-business market for the construction industry. Bricsnet claims that 1,800 companies in North America and Europe are using ProjectCenter.
