London-based McCarty Resources Plc, a 20-man management consultant outfit specialising in travel and tourism, retail and communications, has agreed to acquire the business and assets of travel specialist Bravo Communication Systems Ltd from its liquidators at Robson Rhodes for an undisclosed sum; the deal is shrouded in mystery, as indeed is McCarty Resources the company – the company’s chief executive Antony Shingler couldn’t and wouldn’t divulge turnover figures or supply a list of customers.
