Brandes has deployed TLM Reconciliations to manage its diverse portfolio, increasing control and visibility in the transaction lifecycle through reconciliation and exception management processes, said SmartStream.
Richard Balk, director of operations at Brandes Investment Partners, said: When we implemented SmartStream’s TLM, we started with about 50% of our institutional accounts. The manual entry of posting transactions is now replaced by auto posting of high frequency transactions, resulting in an 80% decrease in processing time.
