BP ADOPTS HUMMINGBIRD SERVER FOR PC TO UNIX INTEGRATION

Hummingbird Communications Ltd has announced that the British Petroleum Group Plc’s Exploration business unit has adopted its Exceed PC X server as the standard for its personal computer-to- Unix integration system worldwide. BP Exploration is expected to purchase 5500 seats in addition to its existing 2000. The terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
