Fibre channel RAID storage systems maker Box Hill Systems Corp has acquired its European partner, Box Hill Systems Europe for stock worth $51,750. The unit was set up as a separate company back in 1995 for tax purposes. New York-based Box Hill says it wants a direct presence in Europe now that it is a publicly-held corporation.
