BOSCH BUYS TI’S MULTIPOINT SYSTEMS BUSINESS

As part of a plan to extend its reach within wireless communications, Robert Bosch GmbH has signed a pact with Texas Instruments Inc to purchase its Multipoint Systems business, which it will then incorporate into its Bosch Telecom Inc unit. Terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.
