BOS GROUP UNVEILS CO-EXISTENT BOS 2000

Yesterday saw the launch of the BOS 2000 range of software products from BOS Group Plc, which includes a new guested or co existing version of the operating system. The BOS 2000 operating system can currently co-exist with PC-DOS, OS/2, Novell’s NetWare and DEC’s VAX/VMS, providing multi-tasking, and windowing and colour facilities. It is priced at UKP200 for a single user version, UKP690 on a system with two to three screens and UKP990 for four to 12 screens. An upgrade to BOS 2000 from standard the BOS costs UKP30.
