BORLAND’S PSQLCS SUPPORTS ORACLE SERVER

By CBR Staff Writer

Borland International Inc says its Paradox Structured Query Language Connectivity Solution will support Oracle Corp’s Oracle Server, so that personal computer users can access, combine and manipulate SQL data without programming: the Paradox Query-By Example is claimed to give users access to SQL just as if they were requesting information held in Paradox, transparently opening a communication channel to Oracle, translating the Query into SQL and bringing the requested data back into a Paradox database table.
