Borland International Inc has rushed to capitalise on Lotus Development Corp’s misfortunes (CI No 1,032) by laying plans for a brief promotion offering its Quattro spreadsheet at $100 instead of $150 to any US user who mails in the cover of their Lotus 1-2-3 manual.
