Borland International Inc, Scotts Valley, California reckons that it is in danger of outgrowing its management and has moved to decentralise, dividing the company up into three divisions, each with a general manager reporting to Philippe Kahn: the three are Database under Rob Dickerson; Spreadsheet, Stephen Kahn; and Languages, Eugene Wang.
