Borland International Inc has expanded its Eastern European operations with a joint venture in Hungary, transforming its current master distributor, Delphi-Szoft operation into Borland Magyarorszag, its first direct presence in the country. Delph-Szoft has been in operation since January 1995, and claims to be the largest supplier of development tools to the Hungarian Department of Education. á
