Borland International Inc has been outlining its workgroup computing strategy, the first component of which is its Object Exchange software architecture, an extension of the Borland Object Component Architecture: the Object Component Architecture is an open architecture based on the InterBase database engines, and is the base architecture on which Borland is building its workgroup computing applications.
