A Russian scientist, Boris Naumov, is seeking a joint venture with one or two Western companies to improve the Soviet Union’s personal computer manufacturing capability, Pravda reports from Moscow, also noting that Baumov spent some time working as a professor at a US Technical Institute: the Soviet Union currently builds in any quantity only the Agate copy of the Apple II.
