Boole & Babbage Inc, Sunnyvale says the company has been working with IBM Corp on a software project that will lead to royalties of several million dollars a year under the name the Hursley Project: the company is developing systems management products for IBM’s telecommunications system called CISC, but they won’t start earning until 1995; it reckons that about 50% of the installed base of CISC users may be potential sites for the product, or about 4,000 companies.
