Ms Rundle has nearly 25 years of legal experience in Silicon Valley with expertise in intellectual property, marketing, technology licensing and corporate law. She joins Bookham from MIPS Technologies where she was its general counsel and responsible for all aspects of the legal department functions, practices and policies.
