Privately-held personal computer retailer and distributor Bonsai Ltd has bought the UKP17m-a-year Parkfield Communications Ltd computer distribution business of bankrupt Parkfield Group Plc from the administrator for an undisclosed sum believed to be between UKP1m and UKP1.2m.
