www.insurancemall.in, or IMI, is an in-house product from Team Bonsai, which allows the user to compare, choose and buy insurance underwritten by any insurance company. Additionally, it provides the user with free services such as portfolio management (advisory and reminders), claims assistance and online assistance.
The portal is a secured site for transaction and is powered by Bonsai Insurance Broking. According to Bonasi, unlike agents, insurance brokers work for customers and not the insurance companies, free of charge, and are therefore in a good position to negotiate the best deal for their clients.
