Bolt Beranek & Newman Inc and the Ungermann Bass unit of Tandem Computers have now completed their pact to create the 80%-20%-owned LightStream Corp to pool their Asynchronous Transfer Mode technologies. And LightStream unveiled its first product, the 2010TM ATM switch, which will be distributed by both parties and also by other firms.
