Bolt Beranek & Newman Inc, Cambridge, Massachusetts warns that it expects to report significant losses for its fiscal second quarter ending December 31 and for fiscal 1993 because of lower defence-related network systems revenues, caused by defense programme delays and cancellations and continuing significant investments in new products; the company is therefore suspending its half-yearly dividend payout.
