Danzas has signed up Bolero.net’s system throughout its intercontinental operations.

Bolero.net was launched in September 1999 to provide cross border trade operations with a secure environment to exchange business data and documents over the Internet along the entire trade chain. Now Danzas has signed up to use the system, helping to establish Bolero.net as an influential force in the logistics industry.

Danzas AEI Intercontinental is expecting to make savings both in terms of money and time through using bolero.net. The Danzas group commented that the company would also improve customer service by providing management in addition to the flow of physical goods. Bolero.net will significantly assist Danzas by taking an active role to work on efficient customer orientated eBusiness solutions for order fulfillment covering the entire supply chain. The system will allow customers to trade in the eCommerce arena more easily.

The majority of the world’s leading banks and container shipping lines have signed up to the system, as have major multinationals such as Samsung, Hitatchi, Mitsui and Otto Versand. The joining of Danzas into the system again extends Danzas’ value-added services improving its appeal to clients. As value-added services fast become standard in the logistics industry, Bolero.net can expect a promising future in the sector as other logistics companies follow suit.
